April's Cookie Lab flavour is.... EASTER MINI EGGS.
These are crispy on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside. Rich and creamy chocolate in every bite (but not overly sweet, just a good amount). Truly a classic treat for the entire family this time around!
What's required? We're making it super easy for you, just add egg and butter! Optional: chocolate-lover? Add chocolate chips for extra gooey chocolate sweetness.
Yields 24 cookies (depending on cookie ball size).
What is the Cookie Lab?
The cookie lab is where we get to try new things, maybe succeed and maybe fail (and that’s OK!). Our main goal is to experiment, have fun and allow our customers to be involved with the process. We take votes every season on what the new cookie lab flavour will be so stay tuned!
