No mixer? No problem, don’t be afraid to get in there and use your hands
- For best results chill dough for a minimum 30 minutes before baking (or overnight)

Prefer soft cookies? Bake for 10-12 minutes

Prefer crispy cookies? Bake for 14-16+ minutes

Prefer some texture? Add pecans, walnuts, or chocolate chips
- Use correct ingredients; 1/2 cup = 115g of butter and use a large sized egg
- Have extra dough? Form dough into balls and freeze up to 3 months. No need to thaw, just add 2-4 minutes to baking time
