Shipping Policy

We ship to Canada and the United States. All shipping costs and durations are managed by our shipping carrier, Canada Post. We've chosen Canada Post as it's the most economic option for our customers compared to other carriers (FEDEX, UPS, DHL).

Currently Canada Post offers the below shipping options in Vancouver:

• Expedited Parcel (2-8 business days)
• Xpresspost or Post Priority (2-4 business days)
  

However, shipping costs and times will change and vary depending on your location and the season, so please proceed with our online checkout process to see the most accurate estimates in real time.

If shipping costs are a concern, we do offer FREE local pickup in Vancouver, BC so please select this option at checkout. Alternatively, we offer FREE shipping on all orders over $75 in Canada. 

We apologize in advance If you're experiencing a delay on your shipment or if shipment costs are high. Due to the fact that shipping is handled entirely by Canada Post, these factors are completely out of our control.

Return Policy

Due to Food Safe rules and regulations within Canada, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our cookie mixes. However, your experience and satisfaction is important to us! Please email us at hello@leruhr.com and we will make it right :).
