February's Cookie Lab flavour is.... LAVENDER SHORTBREAD.
A traditional Scottish biscuit that is rich, buttery and crunchy. With a light hint of organic culinary lavender to each mix.
What's required? We're making it super easy for you, just add unsalted butter! Optional: add 1/2-1 tsp of lemon zest to spice it up!
Yields 26-30 cookies (depending on cookie size).
What is the Cookie Lab?
The cookie lab is where we get to try new things, maybe succeed and maybe fail (and that’s OK!). Our main goal is to experiment, have fun and allow our customers to be involved with the process. We take votes every season on what the new cookie lab flavour will be so stay tuned!
